However, it is important to acknowledge that it is not possible to completely eliminate all risks associated with the services provided. Therefore, the extent of liability for damages (and we want to list, by way of example but not limited to, the potential damages for which the user may claim) shall be limited to a total monthly payment refund that was made to us for each of the websites the client is claiming against.
Our team invests significant effort in maintaining the reliability and security of our services. However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all potential risks or damages. By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept that certain risks may exist, and any liability for damages is limited as described above.

Clients are responsible for implementing their own backup strategies and taking appropriate measures to mitigate potential risks. elihost shall not be held liable for any damages beyond the aforementioned refund limitation.
When a client enables a new instance of hosting for a WordPress site with elihost, they commit to maintaining the instance for a minimum period of one month. In the event that the client chooses to deactivate or destroy the instance before the completion of this one-month period, the credit corresponding to one month will still be deducted from the account. This deduction will cover the resources allocated for the instance during the committed period, regardless of its actual usage or duration of activation.
elihost reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms of use or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
Clients may request the cancellation of their service by sending an email (from the registered email address) to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the cancellation request, any active websites will be terminated, and a refund will be processed for any remaining funds in the client's account.
Please note that the refund policy does not apply to the "4 Months at No Cost" promotion, nor will it apply to the "Host Exchange" promotion or any other promotion that includes crediting the client's account with the necessary funds to cover hosting fees.
elihost reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the cancellation request and may require additional information or documentation before processing the cancellation and refund.
elihost reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after any modifications to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

elihost is not obligated, under any circumstance, to assist the client with tasks outside of our hosting services, including but not limited to making backups on external computers or devices, transferring the client's sites to other hosting providers, website design or development beyond the scope of the initial agreement, troubleshooting issues related to third-party software or services not provided by elihost, assisting with domain registration or management not handled by elihost, performing SEO (Search Engine Optimization), setting the content security policy, or any other site configuration.
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel therefore disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.
