Do you provide backups?

You have the option to activate automatic daily backups or manually create backups whenever you want.

Is there a plugin that doesn't work in elihost?

While most plugins are allowed and work well in elihost, it's important to note that there may be exceptions. One such exception is for plugins that require the use of "allow_url_fopen" or "allow_url_include". These settings are disabled by default in elihost for security reasons. However, it's worth mentioning that our policies and restrictions can be modified in the future to adapt to changing security challenges and ensure a safe environment for our users. We prioritize the security and well-being of our users and are committed to maintaining a secure platform.

How are the charges billed?

We bill you only for the time of hosting you have used. Our billing system doesn't generate monthly charges; instead, it fractions the charges on a daily basis. This way, you can be confident that you are only paying for what you use.

Is there a commitment for a certain period for the storage package?

There is no minimum commitment period for the hosting package. You have the flexibility to leave at any time. However, please note that for instances created less than a month ago, the deduction equivalent to the complete month will apply upon deactivation or destruction, regardless of the actual duration of usage. We aim to provide a seamless hosting experience while ensuring fair billing practices.

What is the uptime guarantee you provide?

Our goal is to provide a reliable service and ensure high uptime for your website. While we cannot offer a 100% uptime guarantee due to unforeseen circumstances, we strive to maintain optimal uptime.
